This is my first experience wearing this type of bracelet. It took me a little while to figure out how to enlarge it. I’ve just put it on an hour ago. I love these bracelets I wear one on each wrist every day except for when I’m doing dishes or cleaning.
I love the 3 sided beads and when I have 1 on each wrist I feel grounded and in balance with the world around me, I also love to meditate with the 1 bead on the end of the string that adjusts the size of the bracelet. I also use the 1 bead in times of stress to keep me calm and focused. Very well made also and they got to me very quickly, thank you so much, from Hawaii
