Where are the product made?

Our materials are sourced from East Asia, including natural lacquer from lacquer trees and sustainably harvested wood. The beads are handcrafted by master artisans in China and Japan, using traditional lacquerware techniques passed down through generations. Final stringing and packaging are completed in Wyoming, USA.

How to measure my wrist size?

Is the lacquer natural or synthetic?

We use 100% natural lacquer, sourced from East Asian lacquer trees. It's a sustainable material with deep roots in traditional craftsmanship.

Why does it take so long to make a bracelet?

Each bead undergoes dozens of hand-applied lacquer layers, with drying and polishing in between. The full process takes over two months to complete.

How should I care for my Urushi bracelet?

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, strong chemicals, or direct sunlight. Store it in a dry place, and gently wipe with a soft cloth if needed.

Will the lacquer fade or peel over time?

When properly cared for, natural lacquer is highly durable. It forms a hard, glossy surface that can last for generations.

What’s the cultural background of lacquerware?

Lacquer art (Urushi)dates back thousands of years in East Asia, used in everything from sacred objects to imperial treasures. Our pieces continue this heritage in wearable form.

We offer a variety of secure payment options to make your checkout experience seamless and convenient:

All payments are securely processed. We do not store your payment information.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. To ensure that you receive this email, please add support@karmapatron.com to your contact list to prevent it from being directed to your spam or promotions folder.

Additionally, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your parcel at your convenience. Another email will be sent when your order is out for delivery.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.

So, if you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to assist you.

How do I cancel my order?

When you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast!
The packing and shipping process starts immediately. Once the order is processed at the warehouse we are not able to cancel it, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order so we can react right away.

Currency

We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.

How to track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information after your order is placed and your package leaves our warehouse, generally within 24-48 hours. That email includes a link to your order tracking page.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Standard Shipping:$5.99.
Free shipping on orders over $100.

Need it sooner?Choose express shipping at checkout for $20-dilivery takes 3-5 business days.

EU Orders: Please note that VAT or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow a processing time of 2 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship(this is only for processing, pulling and packing your order; this does not include transit time).

For orders with custom requests, we may take a little extra time to perfect every detail — our goal is to craft something that truly meets your expectations.

How long will I have to wait to receive my package?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the continental US and up to 25 business days for international orders.

Need it sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout for delivery in 3–5 business days worldwide.

How do you ship the items?

We partner with the best available shipping services to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Items shipped to the United States are generally shipped via USPS and the packaging is small enough to fit in most mailboxes.

My parcel is not moving or updating - What should I do?

Sometimes carriers experience a slight delay in updating tracking statuses.
This can happen due to bad weather, holidays, customs checks, and backlogs.

However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the package is not on the way to your address.
Please allow additional 3-5 days for the tracking number to be updated.

In case you have any concerns, or the tracking number is not updated even after a few days, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

Return policy

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to enjoy your experience with Karma Patron as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Just send us an email at support@karmapatron.com within 30 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn't work out for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned order. 

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake on your part, we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.

Karma Patron can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.karmapatron.com).

How to return an item?

If for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are here for you, ready to set things right.

When reaching out, please send the following information, so our team can help as quickly as possible:

  • Order number;
  • A picture/video of the product in question.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product.  

Refunds

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
