Orders & Payments
Payment Methods
PayPal:You can fund your PayPal account using a variety of methods. Once your PayPal account is funded, you can use our convenient one-click PayPal Express feature to quickly complete your checkout.
Credit Cards:We accept the following credit card payments: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Please note that we do not accept cash or traveler’s checks.
Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. To ensure that you receive this email, please add support@karmapatron.com to your contact list to prevent it from being directed to your spam or promotions folder.
Additionally, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your parcel at your convenience. Another email will be sent when your order is out for delivery.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Our main goal is to process all orders quickly and flawlessly. Once the order is processed, we cannot make any changes as it’s already on the way.
So, if you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to assist you.
How do I cancel my order?
When you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast!
The packing and shipping process starts immediately. Once the order is processed at the warehouse we are not able to cancel it, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order so we can react right away.
Currency
We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.
Shipping & Delivery
How to track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information after your order is placed and your package leaves our warehouse, generally within 24-48 hours. That email includes a link to your order tracking page.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We like to keep things simple, shipping is $5.00 worldwide.
We offer FREE SHIPPING over $89.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow a processing time of 2 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship(this is only for processing, pulling and packing your order; this does not include transit time). With larger crystals, it may take a little longer to pack and ship your order; we want to ensure your crystal arrives safe and sound!
How long will I have to wait to receive my package?
Normally, transit times are typically 5 to 10 business days within the continental US and up to 25 business days for international delivery.
How do you ship the items?
We partner with the best available shipping services to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Items shipped to the United States are generally shipped via USPS and the packaging is small enough to fit in most mailboxes.
My parcel is not moving or updating - What should I do?
Sometimes carriers experience a slight delay in updating tracking statuses.
This can happen due to bad weather, holidays, customs checks, and backlogs.
However, that doesn’t necessarily mean the package is not on the way to your address.
Please allow additional 3-5 days for the tracking number to be updated.
In case you have any concerns, or the tracking number is not updated even after a few days, please contact us.
Returns & Refund
Return policy
We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to enjoy your experience with Karma Patron as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Just send us an email at support@karmapatron.com within 30 days of receipt of your package, with your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason why it didn't work out for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges/processing fees, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products. You will be responsible for all returning shipping fee and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned order.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake on your part, we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.
Karma Patron can only accept returns for products purchased on our website (www.karmapatron.com).
How to return an item?
If for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are here for you, ready to set things right.
When reaching out, please send the following information, so our team can help as quickly as possible:
- Order number;
- A picture/video of the product in question.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Where are the product made?
We source our products from trusted manufacturers all around the globe. Many of our products are made in Asian countries such as Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Japan, the centers of spirituality and where unique materials such as black obsidian and jade stones are to be found.
Through factory inspections and production guidelines, we ensure the highest quality of product and fair work conditions with all of our partner factories.
Are the items cleansed?
Yes, all the items are cleansed before being sent to our customers. We work in partnership with merchants and artisans from around the world to provide you with authentic and high-quality items.
Are the items genuine?
Yes, our items are genuine and of high quality and made of original materials. All product pages specify the exact material.
Can I wear my crystal jewelry in water?
We advise not to wear any jewelry while showering or in the swimming pool, in order to avoid any possible damage or losing the item.
Can I work out while wearing crystal jewelry?
We advise avoiding wearing the crystal jewelry while working out in order to avoid any possible damage or losing the item.
